1. Introduction

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 2l89 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2l89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not 2l89 has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

2l89's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your 2l89 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

2l89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
